  • My washing machine quit working. Had David come out and take a look. Turns out it was more a case of user error. Apparently even though it looks like a really basic model, it still has a computer in it. And it got confused somehow because I opened the door at the wrong point in the cycle or whatever. Anyway, David was able to recalibrate it, and for the reasonable cost of the service call the machine is again working like a champ. And he also offered some tips and advice to help prevent future problems. Thanks!
