rev:text	After purchasing a used home. Our electric bills were astronomical. We had an energy efficient (APS Qualified) contractor walk our house and advised of ways to cut our electrical bills. It was obvious that the vast majority of the electrical usage were the two AC Units. Was not happy but recognized we needed to replace the units. We contacted 8 Air Cooling and heating specialist to come out for a bid on the job. After looking at all the companies, it was obvious who we were going to go with. We chose Hackney Heating and Cooling. Drew, who is part owner, came out and was very helpful. Drew did not push or made me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed to know to make an educated decision. Even though Hackney was not the lowest bid (and were very close to the most reasonable estimate) Drew and his technicians were wonderful. I am a police Lieutenant and had to work during the installation of the new units. I felt very comfortable leaving my fiancé at the house with the workers. They were efficient, kept a clean working area, and were very polite. Buying two new AC units was not how I wanted to spend my money. However, Drew and his workers may it less painful and reassuring I was making the right choice. The follow-up by Hackney and the warranty coverage is outstanding and allows me to reassure, we are covered for many years to go. I highly recommend Hackney Heating and Cooling, Drew, and his workers for any environmental work you may need. Thanks Hackney!
