| - We went here on a sale day, when haircuts were $6.99. We took a chance because this was a new location for us (we've been to many Great Clips locations, but the usual one for us is on Rainbow/Spring Mountain). Both my husband and I had haircuts on a weeknight; dropped by on a whim, didn't check in online. There was a bit of a wait as there were two people getting haircuts. (We noticed that one lady with kids in tow, left in a huff after waiting a few minutes.)
We both had stylists that cut too much off, more than what we wanted. I told the lady that I wanted an inch off, but she proceeded to take three inches off, and in the midst of all her chatting, I ended up with a shag- if you were a child in the 70s/80s, then picture Mrs. Brady's haircut, but without the curls. I hated it. Hubby wanted a trim but ended up with a military cut- it was super short. He hated his haircut too. (The stylists were nice, but it doesn't erase the fact that we were not happy.)
Needless to say, we won't be coming back. (When I was getting my haircut, I learned that this location is not busy.) We've gotten coupons to return, but we didn't want to hate our hair again.
