  • They definitely stress customer service excellence here. I interacted with different staff when picking up and dropping off the vehicle, but in both cases they were so friendly and nice it was almost creepy (without quite crossing that line, heh). Joked around, offered me donuts, shook my hand, thanked me for waiting and for doing business with them, etc. No issues with the rental. Everything was explained to me and everything worked out as it should. No fuss.
