  • If this was 2014 I would give them a 4-5 star. They have had problems ever since I have been with them for 2 years with their laundry side. The mens shirts keep coming back with strange creases or wrinkles that are very hard to iron out. Despite this issue I have stayed loyal because they ruined a shirt last year (2014) and just like Brett's review they offered to pay for it and I got my check pretty fast. I understand mistakes and the owner did a good job of stepping up. Now I am guessing they have a new owner, because I just had a few different items that got very ruined...Looks like something went wrong with the chemical? This time when we approached the owner, he was very rude, and combative. This is not acceptable when a company does wrong. Additionally the mens laundered shirts are having many issues again. After picking up my last order I noticed that I now have 3 items that have the same "chemical" problem and its not worth fighting them on it so I am taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know not to use this place.
