  • I have been a client here for years - always wonderful- until the new ownership. I will not return after the service I just got (...didn't get). First I was told they had an opening for a pedi, "right now", however I had to wait 15 minutes. Just tell me it's going to be a wait - don't ignore me for 15 minutes as I wonder WHEN I'll actually be acknowledged. Most importantly - sanitation!!!!! My chair was missing the jets attachment, she grabs one from a strangers water & puts it dripping directly into mine WITHOUT any sanitation! Dis-Gust-Ing! Time to find a new place .....
