Let's just say, costumer service skills need to be addressed. I went in as an unhappy costumer after my full set LIFTED IN THE FRONT after only 4 days of having them. I wanted nothing more then my money back, and they wouldn't even give it to me and told me I'd have to get them redone. So, whatever I was already mad, so I sat down and had them redo my nails this time I told her just to put a clear coat onof gel on instead of a full set, and she argued with me until I just gave up and let her do what she wanted to do. Now comes why I'm writing my FIRST REVIEW EVER. After going in asking for my money back and them telling me no, I got my nails redone, and guess what, they didn't even last 3 days before bubbling in the middle of the gel!!!!! But you know since I already went in there and got them "fixed" I'm giving them a Yelp review, and they could've prevented this all from happening if they just refunded my money, but they refused.
