  • Loved everything we had. We stumbled upon this cozy little place after visiting the Downtown Container Park. Although there was a 10-ish minute wait at 1pm on a Saturday, we're so glad we stayed. The host was courteous and caring. Our server was super helpful and cool. The restaurant is trendy and the menu is full of great choices. Can't forget the back of the house team...simply dope!!! They push out so much, great quality, consistency, and they have fun!!! Do yourself a solid and stop by Carson Kitchen while in Vegas. If you're a local, run there now! We had the BBQ Burnt Ends (can be a bit fatty), Pig & Fig, Jerk Turkey Burger, Butter Burger, Purple Haze, and Bad Beat IPA. The tots are salty crunchy heaven. If there was more time and space in our bellys, the Wild Mushroom flatbread and Glazed Donut Bread Pudding looked amazing!!!
