  • I booked my appointment on-line through the establishment's website and got the time slot I wanted. Check-in was relatively easy. Waiting area is the best I've seen at a Benz dealership. Variety of pastries and beverages were available. Saturday is a busy day to visit according to Dennis my rep, but my car was ready within 2 hours of it being dropped off. I would recommend the service department for future visits.
