My son was sick last night with what I believed to be a very bad ear infection. He was fine all night and woke about midnight screaming about how his ear hurts. I got on the internet to find a pediatric urgent care that was open late. The only one I could find was Good Night Pediatrics. Their website stated they were open 24hours. I packed my son up and started to drive to the urgent care. I called to make sure I knew exactly where it was located and the recording on the phone stated they were only open until 1am. Luckily it was 12:15am and I had plenty of time to make it. I arrived at the urgent care at 12:25am, and to my surprise, it was closed. Another mother was standing at the door (obviously very frustrated) and said they were closed tonight. So, I basically got my son up, dressed, and out of the house, drove 10 minutes with a screaming child to find out the the urgent care was closed. No good explanation was given other than they were "closed early tonight". If you are going to close early then you should change your recording to notify patients that you are not going to be there if they need you. I ended up having to take my son to Carden's Children's hospital. He had a very bad ear infection and the staff was fantastic. I will never put my trust in Good Night Pediatrics again. Judging by all of the bad reviews I have read on this site and a couple more, they have earned every one of them!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!
