  • I wish that I would have read the reviews before I chose this company, unfortunately I didn't. I am military retired and have been renting for 20 years. This is the worst renting experience I've had! From the lease signing, to maintenance work on the house nothing was handled correct. Tierra from leasing is shady, the lease had hand written policies in it. They never lived up to their portion of the lease, but when you try to get out, they only remind you of your obligation and could care less about their own. Stay away from this company if you're renting!
