  • Great Customer Service!. After a little confusion that was caused by a previous employee with quoting prices and scheduling. Rusty at Diamondback had explained his concerns of what was quoted. He agreed to honor the quote anyway and complete the service. The installers / movers did a great job. One of them even brought to our attention that there was a minor flaw in the new felt that they installed. It was refreshing that the dispatcher reached out to us to arrange the replacement. Job is now complete and 100% and perfect. Impressive with integrity.
