  • This sephora sold me a fake viktor and rolf spice bomb and then wouldn't take it back when I wanted it exchanged! They then accused me of altering it/stealing it from a location in Montreal when I had been in the store 24 hours before. The batch number on the bottle matched that of the box and they were still unwilling to even reach out to corporate themselves when this is clearly a manufacturing problem on their end. What they sold me was a different color and slightly different scent of what I thought I had purchased. Glen was so condescending and kept saying THE SAME THING over and over again, and then a different manager came over and threatened to call security on my distraught boyfriend because she thought he was going to steal a different one right in front of their eyes. Are they that stupid?
