  • The store is great, with knowledgable people who give sound pool advice. We buy all of our pool supplies from the Cave Creek location. Their cleaning service is another thing. I called for a one time cleaning and was blown off three days in a row. I had a guest coming for some pool time and our plans were ruined. I can see canceling one day, but three in a row??? Had I known, I would've made other arrangements with another pool cleaning company. This has been a huge disappointment.
