I walked in to this Chase branch and was one of only two customers and I wasn't greeted. No big right? I then preceded to wait for the raspy voiced teller to finish with a customer, about ten minutes. I thought that was a little excessive since there were only two of us, but again whatever. I proceeded to tell the lady I wanted to switch some $20s for $10s and $5 bills. She said she wouldn't help me unless I had my Chase bank card and my ID.
That's not right, owning a business I've stopped in a LOT of banks and been helped. Rude lady just didn't want to help. Back to Wells Fargo I go!
