!!!SCAM ALERT!!!! Waste of time and gas money. Was promised a free vacation or cruise if you listened to their 2 hour vacation presentation in Scottsdale. The representative by the name of "Dennis King" went over payment options after the presentation to get me to join their club. I told him i had to think about it, i actually wanted to see if some friends of mine would be willing to split the cost of the package and we could share vacations. I also told him I wanted to see how this free vacation would turn out first, and how their customer service would be over the phone, (because obviously that's very important too). Boy was I glad that i didn't fall for their trap. The following week I called the number on the voucher he gave me to book my free vacation and I got transferred twice because they said they needed an activation or certificate code. Hmm, checked both sides of voucher, NO CODE to be found..even read the fine print. They finally transferred me to customer service. Was on hold for a good 10 minutes til customer service picked up, put me on hold, then hung up on me. I threw my hands up in the air and told my husband to call "Dennis King" directly since he gave us his number on a separate sheet of paper with all the financing and package options. He calls the phone number and it goes to the voice mail of SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. Terrible. What a total scam.
Folks, if it sounds too good to be true, then it is. Learn from us and don't fall for their fake advertising. Their main objective is to rob your $$$$ by reeling you into buying their horrible vacation membership.
THERE IS NO FREE VACATION. PERIOD.
