| - This location is reminiscent of the last days of Kmart. I love BB&B, there are always amazing deals on stuff for the home, but you have to dig, research, and compare online because the employees at this location refuse to price check anything unless you argue and insist, over and over. The displays are all messy and unorganized, nothing is where it should be. Sale items are sometimes marked on the tag, sometimes it's just a sign next to the display that shows a discount with a vague description. But most of the time there's just no telling if something is price as marked. The last 2 times I visited I filled my cart with items that I suspected were on sale but weren't marked down. I waited until there were no other customers waiting to check out, and then asked if the cashier would kindly let me know how much each item was. She insisted that it's ALWAYS 'price as marked'. So I asked about the discount signs next to unmarked items. She said, "Oh, well THOSE items we discount at the register." Ok, great. Well, most of these items I found in random places, so can you please tell me the prices? She held one item marked $39.99 and without scanning she said THAT'S $39.99. I asked her to scan it. She rolled her eyes and scanned, then told me it was actually $14.99. I really don't understand why the employees hate to help customers. I shop here almost every week and it's always the same. BUT the deals are smoking, so I'll continue to return.
