rev:text	This is possibly the worst company for customer service we ever encountered. They are not worthy of one star. They never answer their calls and we've been without a working oven for two months. After two botched " service" visits we have been strung along believing this might resolve itself. Our extended warranty company is finally forced to give us a new oven due to the horrible mishandling and poor customer service. They Do Not care about the customer and should not be in business.
