I've been coming to this dealership for over 3 years now, having leased a car previously, and this summer purchased a car here ... so it seems time for me to review. Sales team and service writers have always been a pretty good experience. The phones are usually answered quickly, and I have an easy time getting an appointment for service. The knowledge and skills of most have always been good/satisfactory, and I feel they aim to please. My only beef about this location is the time it takes to get a basic service appointment completed. Let me preface this by stating that like many people, TIME is my most valuable asset. And it seems my most impatient moments come at the car dealership ... A 20-30 min service activity for the mechanic (tire rotate and inspection-- no oil change) ties up my car for over an hour. It just doesn't compute in my head. When I have around 278 things on your to-do list at any given time, being made to wait and sit around on someone else's time table is like listening to someone clip their toenails in the other room. It makes my skin crawl a bit. It would be a HUGE bump in customer experience to bring in an "express" lane for maintenance/regular service visits. When customers feel like you value their time, everyone wins and you get better customer retention. Just sayin. Because I am covered under Toyota Care and this location is on my way to work, I may stick with it for now. But once that Toyota Care is gone, it is not likely worth my time to have this maintenance done here.
