  • I just had the worst experience at Hobby Lobby that I've ever had. I'm completely disgusted with the lack of customer service I experienced. I went there to get a memorial artwork piece framed that I had commissioned from an artist and the man in the framing department, Ken, was rude from the beginning. He went to frame the artwork and there was a piece of sticky glue on it, there was nothing on the art piece when I brought it in, it was in the artist's packaging, and he proceeded to scratch at the print with his fingers even after I said to stop and I would carefully get it off the piece. Then he framed it anyway and when I said to not wrap it, he wrapped it anyway. The entire time he did not look at me or say anything at all. I'm upset that I didn't grab the art from him and allowed him to ruin the print. Now I have to get in contact with the artist and see what it will cost to have them mail me another print. I will never go there again and will make sure anyone looking to have something special to them framed goes to another place.
