  • Came in on Monday night for my friends birthday dinner.. She wanted to come to sushi 101 at 5pm because they supposedly had a good happy hour. I completely beg to differ. They have many items on happy hour, yes, but there is hardly any discount!!! You can get a $12 roll for $11 or a $14 roll for $12.. Like that's it? 1-3 dollars off? Our server was something else! I wish I knew her name, I don't even think she told us what it was. She was dark haired with heavy eye liner and a Harry Potter dragon tattoo on her forearm. We were all wondering why she was being so short and rude. She literally had the dirtiest look on her face and acted miserable. When the checks came out we learned that she added a 20% auto gratuity to all of our tabs. If this restaurant cares anything about their customer service reputation I think they should remove the auto gratuity because it encourages servers to be lazy/rude/etc.
