Chabuya was so yummy. I tried several things with a colleague--the agedash-tofu, age-nasu, nasu-dengaku, and the sansei tororo.
The nasu-dengaku was my favorite. The eggplant was very tender and beautifully presented. The miso glaze moreso glazed the serving dish. I made sure to scoop up all of it with the eggplant pieces.
The sansei tororo was a hardy mix of seaweed, greens, carrot, and yam. Delicious broth and soba noodles! The only unfortunate part of dinner was filling up too fast for dessert.
On a work trip, you never know what kind of food you may get. Chabuya was a little gem. Thank you!
