Unbelievably poor service. Sent to L&S from First American Insurance. I'm suggesting that First American find another company to do business with, these guys are incredibly bad.
They looked at my unit over a month ago, and fed back no information to me - had to get First American involved to get L&S to schedule a fix. On the day they were to come out, told me that they could not fix until I had the unit cleaned, and that it was not covered by the warranty, but they would do it if I paid them money.
Seemed slightly like a scam, but if it needs to be cleaned, understandable - but should have told me prior to the time the tech was headed to the property. The tech exaggerated the issue, and told me that the owner of his company would not allow him to fix the unit. Then after talking to the tech, he change his story slightly and said he did not know much about humidifiers and his supervisor is the one that won't let him do the work. SCAM.
Asking First American for new contractor.
