Terrible!! Just Terrible! I was put on hold for 2 hours!! yes 2 hours! because of the fact they never told me there would be a baggage fee of $150 for 1 LUGGAGE, on my flight. Doesn't everyone travel with 1 luggage!? They refused to credit me and I had to pay the airline the additional $150 at the gate, not to mention the horrid phone charges I received being on hold with them for 2 hours! Oh, I forgot to mention we got 'dis-connected' on their end and had to call back twice and proceed with the whole process again.. Just a nightmare! Use someone else!
