| - The office is very unorganized. Had appointments today for myself and my husband and there was another couple with the same first names as ours, at first it was like "haha" but then thinking about it, it's pretty scary that they can mix up names of patients. As we were waiting they called the couple up to the counter and the reception girl totally got confused thinking we were them, seriously how do you confuse names of your patients. It's so simple, check the last names too!! My goodness!! When we were called up to the desk to accept all terms and conditions and whatever, she had the wrong client info up on the screen. Basically she was going to have us accept and sign on another patients record, We were accepting the Hippa forms, so therefore we were caught in the invasion of privacy. Seriously Staff! it's not that hard to match names, just check Ids. I'm worried now i may get a bill from the other couple. I'm sorry but it was just plain stupid. So basically she just went by their first names and didn't check by last names. That was the RED FLAG that we should have left.
Finally when I go in and get x rays done and my teeth cleaned, I went to the next room to wait for the orthodontist. While I'm waiting in there another clients information is up on the monitor. I feel very unsure of this place. They seemed very hectic and unorganized. The dentist Dr Bringhurst seemed like he knew what he was doing but not the orthodontist so much. I don't trust the ortho. He was not very informative at all and seem like he's new at the job. I wanted braces due to my two front teeth from coming out, my teeth are relatively straight and he stated I would only need it for 9 months, so I asked what the final result would look like and he stated not much of a difference. So I was confused and asked if he thought I even needed braces and he said that I definitely need braces because my teeth are not straight. His responses did not make any sense.
Now to mention my hubby was still waiting to be called and they pretty much forgot about him, he waited 45 minutes in the lobby before he got called into do X-rays, then the X-ray techs kept moving him to another room saying they could not operate the machine for some reason. That's when my hubby was fed up and left.
I really had high hope for this place since the yelp reviews were so great. The staff maybe nice but they are very incompetent. Unfortunately it did not work out for us.
