  • Poor Service! I have been to many Starbucks and love them for their well known excellent and fun customer service. But this Starbucks is the complete opposite. Very disappointing. The cashier was rude. Maybe she was tired cause this happened about 9pm.. Idk... We waited for about 15 min for our drink which was fine with me but when I told the barista who prepared our drink that I ordered a Grande NOT a Tall, she asked me for a receipt. Ok so I reach in my wallet to get it only to realize the cashier only gave me my credit card revisit not the itemized receipt. The she goes and speaks to a 3rd barista who was restocking the pasties and goes back to mixing drinks without another word to me from either of them. I waited 5 minutes before I asked the mixing barista what I was waiting on. She replied I was waiting on proof of purchase from the cashier who initially ring me up who was on break! So then she comes back from break and was told she was the supervisor. She looked for my receipt and gave up immediately and just told the mixing barista to make me a Grande. Ugh! We went in their happy! Because we LOVE Starbucks! But then left highly disappointed. Over 10 years of being a Starbucks customer and I have never encountered this type of poor customer service until recently.
