There are many choices of great Thai restaurants in Vegas, but after yoga while in casual clothing...it feels as if we are going home to eat a home-cooked meal when we sit down at David Wong's Pan Asian.
Shrimp ravioli, mango salad with grilled prawns and drunken noodles are some of our favorites when my love and I dine here, but today we had chicken noodle soup and masaman chicken curry. The chicken noodle soup reminds me of Pho--clear broth with bean sprouts and cilantro with spicy level 4 to share...I normally get 13 on a scale of 1 through 10...I made mine to my liking by putting some spices from their spicy tray, perfectly heated for this spice-craving-girl.
Jolene has been our server most of our visits at Pan Asian...she is prompt in her service and kind...often leading a friendly conversation, checking on our needs and filling up our glasses.
The most attractive part of interior is the open kitchen...so you could see David, his wife, and their crews' dynamic energy, while taking in the aroma they create directly to our senses.
Bring your appetite to David Wong's Pan Asian and and let them satisfy your Thai food cravings.
