  • The doctor is wonderful but I guess too busy to see an emergency patient and staff is terrible. Husband in hospital on a Sat. The hospital told me to call the Dr. on Monday and get in to see him ASAP. Went to the office and they told me they could not see him for two and 1/2 weeks when he had an appointment. His pain was bad so called office and they said they would get back to me. Didn't hear from them. Called again this time venting, they said he could see PA Hedges. He went with his caregiver,the PA said she was worried about him but would have to talk to me, never got a call. Called again and left message never received a call. If he dies I will probably sue Arizona Urology Specialist for their incompetency.
