  • We frequent The Greenhouse Tavern quite regularly, so we decided to purchase a $100 gift card for a family member for Christmas. We waited 2 weeks for the card to arrive, and when it didn't, we reached out to the General Manager, who promised to send another replacement card. Never got that one either. However, this restaurant didn't waste anytime charging our credit card. So we have paid $100 for absolutely nothing and it has been over a month now. The manager has stopped responding to us and we are getting no satisfaction whatsoever. Maybe $100 is nothing to The Greenhouse Tavern, but we'd like to get what we paid for. How is this an acceptable way to treat customers?
