rev:text	Checked out Beauregard Saturday night. The place was about half full and they were having their boil. It is a casual setting. Order at the front and have a seat. I had the oyster po boy with a salad, the wife had catfish and fries, and the boy had chicken tenders with fruit. The oyster po boy was alright. I felt the buns could have been toasted more and it could have used more sauce. The salad was huge and had mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon on top. My wife's catfish was ok. It was a bit greasy as were her fries. She asked for some lemon wedges and the waiter brought out three tiny slivers of lemons. Not sure if he thought they were for her drink but it was sad to see her attempt to squeeze juice out of them for her catfish. My sons chicken tenders were too thick for him to eat it and a bit greasy too. I had to tear little pieces and let them cool. Their meals came with a red sauce that tasted like thousand islands and ketchup. My sons fruit was hard and not quite ripe yet. The beignets were good but were a little raw in the middle. The service was a little off. You order at the front but then your drink is empty and there's a huge line ordering. Finally after sitting with an empty plastic cup for so long a nice young lady came by to refill it. Unfortunately the meal was almost over. another issue was the servers have no assigned tables so when they bring it to you they don't know where to go. Even though they give you numbers we saw them walk around endlessly several times not knowing whose food was whose. They even gave our beignets to another table. The owner came out and introduced himself which was a nice touch. I was shocked he said they had been opened since september due to how unorganized it seemed. I don't see myself coming back here again unfortunately. Hopefully they work out a few issues and stay alive.
