I was so excited about my appointment and ended up really let down. I have always had difficult skin, so when I read about this clinic, I though "wow, my worries could be over." When I arrived, neither the marketing director (who scheduled the appointment) nor the doctor were there...OK, I get it - stuck in traffic, etc. They were late.
During the initial part of my screening I felt like I was sitting in a class that was being taught in a different language. She was throwing out numbers and percentages that made absolutely no sense to someone who doesn't have a thorough background in skincare, dermatology, etc. I am willing to spend a tremendous amount of money on facial care and I was expecting a lot more from this experience. The BEST part of my trip was the makeover from Michael Beesley (Guerlain Cosmetics) He was fantastic and turned me on to products that may change my life (without a laser!!) I'm disappointed, I wish the experience would have turned out a little differently.
