  • Walked in and asked how long the wait was she asked what I wanted I told her a full set and pedicure she then had me write my name down on the list as well as what service I wanted. Sat me down right away they were busy too. Everything was going good got a pedicure first and then the lady that was doing my pedicure was asking if I wanted gel I said yes for both hands and feet. She said my total was going to be$75 I asked how much the gel was she said $20 for the hands and then $20 for the feet. I then said I only wanted gel on my nails. She kept insisting to get gel on my feet but I politely kept declining after my firm no she said something to the other workers and they both looked at me with a fake smile lol stuff like that doesn't bother me. But when she started my nails she prepped them for what I thought was going to be a full set but she started dipping my nails into some powder I thought nothing of it at first but when she was going to do it again for another round of both hands I asked "is this how you guys do your full sets?" She said "oh you wanted a full set? I thought you wanted a manicure " I followed with "no I asked for a full set and pedicure I never get manicures" laughing it off. And she proceeded to explain that the full set would be more. I told her that's fine I don't care how much it costs I'll just get the full set. All the while I was very understanding and calm, I'm pregnant I don't need that stress in my life lol. She then told me no she couldn't do it because she had already started the manicure. I said so you can't do my full set? She told me no. I then started to express how I felt uncomfortable being in that situation and just wanted to pay for the pedicure and leave. The worker then called her manager over and they both were telling me that I need to pay for a manicure as well since she had cut down my cuticles and filed them. I said "you guys want me to pay for something that I didn't even want in the first place? I've never had any problems at any nail salon and never complain but this is ridiculous. I wrote it down on your sign in sheet that I wanted a full set I told your workers twice what I wanted and now you want me to pay for something that one isn't even finished and two I never wanted in the first place." They finally walked me to the front to pay for the pedicure. Of course one last time the lady who was working on me said "ok so $35 on card" I said "no the pedicure was $25 how am I paying $35" and she said ok $25. Paid and left. Never again.
