  • I've only lived here for a few months but it's been great. I love the layout of the apartment and you can't hear your neighbors. I might give it a half star less if I could simply because it's an older building and we've had some problems with some things like plumbing and our A/C. But when it was one of the hottest days, Tom on the maintenance crew was here the next replacing our unit. He's always been great about responding to our requests and getting things fixed quickly. We had one minor hiccup with the office in the beginning that was just a misunderstanding but it was cleared up quickly. Everyone there is very helpful and nice. I like living in a place where people actually say hi to you and your neighbors want to know your name.
