  • I'm sad to be leaving this review. My family and I have eaten here for a decade and loved it. The last two times in the restaurant, we were completely ignored, food took an hour to come out even though we saw delivery bag after delivery bag leaving the kitchen. When the food came it was served by a grumpy waiter and it was cold. I figured we'd move to ordering delivery since that seems to be their focus. The food was good but, unfortunately, this time left all of us running for the bathroom the rest of the afternoon. When I called the third party delivery service to warn them, I was treated like I was trying to get a freebie when I was just genuinely concerned for their customers. Evidently when three customers only complain it's our issue, not theirs. The message was "I spoke to the owner, you're the only ones who complained, and he's not going to take anything off your bill so we can't refund you either." I expressed the fact that I wasn't looking for a refund but was concerned for their clientele. Sad that customer service has gone out the window, at least there are other great greek options in town.
