rev:text	Great customer service and wonderful cakes! I'm admittedly a cake snob (no grocery store/Costco cake for yours truly), so when it comes down to finding a good place to make special occasion cakes for birthdays and celebrations, I search high and low, and am willing to drive to find a great bakery which makes a delicious, quality cake. Having moved to Phoenix recently, I dreaded having to research to find new schools, new doctors, new dentists, and yes, a new cake place. I am happy to report that I have found it here at Smallcakes! Ordered a 6" birthday cake with strawberry buttercream for my daughter's 8th birthday. I didn't need frilly designs with tons of icing on my cake. I just wanted a simple cake with "Happy Birthday" on the top. I got an adorable cake that was simple, yet had a special touch of edible pearls sprinkled on the piped edging. It was perfect! The cake was absolutely delicious- the cake texture was perfect, and we could taste the strawberries in the icing. Too bad my husband gave up sweets for Lent because he sure missed out, but that meant more cake for me and the kids, and we had NO trouble licking our forks clean afterwards! Sent the kids off to school this morning, and don't tell them that mommy had a slice for breakfast this morning. It really is that good!
