  • I saw Kevin's card while nearby at Arrow Alignment so I walked around the corner to his office to get an estimate on one of my cars just for kicks. I was told he was out on a job, so I left a message on his vm requesting a quote. It's been over a week and he still hasn't responded to my message. My experience or lack thereof is pretty typical of what I've seen in LV so far since I've been here, a high level of apathy and laziness and an unbelievably low level of professionalism. For a so-called "professional" in any industry to not even give the courtesy of a response is something I can't even wrap my head around as word of mouth is an integral part of business. I'm glad he didn't as I went right over to Eco-Tint on Diablo, Sue aggressively pursued my business and had my car scheduled and done within the week, probably saving me $100s over what mr I'm too good to return your phone call would have charged me. I believe they have many more reviews as well. And what kind of name is got tint? Did this guy watch one too many milk commercials? Clearly a highly sophisticated intellect is at work here. Fail!
