I've been going to this location for years but today I got the worst customer service from an employee and the manager in charge Catherine. Since the store has been moving things around, I asked her where I could find allergy medication and she just pointed. I went to the area she pointed out but there was no allergy medication whatsoever, so I went back and told her and she gave an attitude saying she'll walk us but we were already at the check out stand. She left but didnt even come back to us letting us know if they have it or not (mind you there were 3 of us who walked up and down the aisles looking for allergy medication and they dont have any).
Second, I wanted to find a loaf of bread and asked another employee where they have moved them. He was wiping the bakery glass and just pointed behind him without letting me know which aisle.
I had enough so I asked to speak with a manager and Catherine was called over. She DOES NOT listen to what your concerns are or what you have to say. She's the type who already had something ready to say when it DOES NOT relate to what you brought to her attention. We didn't say we wanted the employees to walk with us to show us, we just said the employees who we asked for assistance just pointed in a general area.She cut me off saying next time I should have my employee walk you. Sorry, but only pets get walked. Because she was so rude and inconsiderate I almost told her that next time I should walk her and show her how to do her job. THERE IS NO BAD EMPLOYEE, ONLY BAD MANAGER.
