  • Will not call them back. I made an appointment with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating because we received a coupon for an A/C tune up. The guy didn't TUNE ANYTHING UP. So basically I paid $60 for them to LOOK at my A/C unit. The guy told me that I had a 19 year old A/C unit and it has problems. My house is 11 years old. How can I have a 19 year old A/C unit? Then he shows me this sheet showing that I need $2,000 in repairs. One of them was $700 for getting the vents cleaned. But if I donated some canned goods, he would take off $50. I couldn't even afford half of the estimated price he wanted to charge me! I couldn't believe the prices he gave me so I got a second and third opinion. Both second and third opinion told me that my A/C unit is working perfectly fine and my A/C unit is definitely NOT 19 years old. All I needed was vent cleaning. That is all. I'm so happy I didn't fall for them.
