  • Avoid this place!!!! My vehicle's brakes weren't working well, so I stopped into this shop because they were close. After inspecting my vehicle (FGG the tech) told me I needed new front brake pads. I hesitated on allowing them to do the work, because I normally take my car to another garage. But (FGG) started reducing their price to get my business. So, two hours later, they road tested my car, brought it to the front, and I paid my bill. However, as soon as I left Meineke's parking lot I noticed the car still had the same braking problem. The following day I took my car to my normal repair place and they told me the car "may have" needed brake pads, but the actual problem was a bad Master brake cylinder "and even with new pads the car's braking system would not work correctly". When my car was repaired I went back to Meineke and got a full refund for the labor/shop fees of the new brake pads. Don't take your vehicle to this place!!!! They are either incompetent, poorly trained, or just plain lazy.
