  • Ice cream was not cold enough. Waffle cone was distinctly different from all the other Coldstone locations - looks white, under toasted, stale, basically inedible. Told the two teenager behind the counter, they did not even bother to want to understand. Did not even offer a "sorry". Unbelievable.
