  • I took my defective leaking battery there and the Manager was very good and helpful, telling me it would be replaced no charge (1 yr old). The problem was when the guy installing it was finishing up. He said, "You may want to wipe the remaining acid around the battery tray because it may be weakened." I said, "might there be some on the tray itself?" "Yes," he said. "So in other words I'm going to have to take the battery out to do that." "Yes," he said. I rolled my eyes at him. He said, "I didn't have anything to wipe it off with." Hello?!?!!
