  • I'll be honest- I am a huge fan of The Pie Hole, which recently vacated Urban Cookie's new location. So I was a little weary of this new-to-me bakery moving into the neighborhood. A day after they opened my street (and probably others) were covered in fliers advertising a free cookie to celebrate their opening week. Walking in, I was immediately drawn to the cupcakes. They are artistic and beautiful, and so yummy! The limited edition Churro cupcake is so amazing I went back to buy two more before they ran out. I got an Arizona shaped sugar cookie- the best sugar cookie I've ever had, and goes so well with their cold brew (which is on tap)! The blood orange and ginger sesame donuts are also among my new favorites. They are also family owned, and support causes like eliminating the gender wage gap. So far I'm a big fan!
