  • I went to the self service line and tried to order my personal favorite, Mac and Cheese in a bread bowl, what do you know? Bread bowls are unavailable I even asked the worker at the counter! (so much for being a "Bread" company) so I settle and get just a Mac and Cheese NO bread bowl. I sit down with my lady and we began eating I look to my right because i felt a strange presence. Its another customer with TWO FREAKING BREADBOWLS. I was furious because i was lied to straight to my face and not given even a shred of customer service. P.S. I made a yelp account just for this horrible experience.
