  • Poor people skills . My daughter went to have 2 cavities filled . The first one no problem. The second one they didn't use a pediatric needle to numb her and she got scared and crying so the spot was cancelled. I calmed her down and rescheduled the appointment. The day before the appt they called and cancelled it saying the dentist did not want to treat my daughter because of her fear I assured them she was OK but the receptionist wouldn't hear it and the Dr herself wouldn't even talk to me all they said was no take her to some pediatric dentist in Oakland . didn't offer a name or phone #. Took her to another dentist they said the cavity they wanted to fill did not need filled and she was good... Also watch what they tell you you owe . They made me pay 30 while my insurance only showed my responsibility as 15 . Asked for a refund never got one ... Tired of arguing over 15 bucks . stay away from here as they ate not a "Family" dentistry.....
