  • If I could give it a f I would. Big question how long does it take to get help on a jammed slot machine? Try 45 minutes. My wife's machine jammed when she tried to cash out. She was located by the card games. She tried to get their attention but the ignored her. After waiting 10 minutes she called me. I asked for help from one of the dealers and the said put the service light on. She didn't even look up to see it was on. I talked to the pit boss about getting help and he wasn't much better. I killed another 15 minutes then went to the area where you get the player cards and asked for help bat least he took down the machine number and called. It in. I waited another 10 minutes and went to the pit boss and asked to see the manager. I was very pissed off by now 45 minutes had pass and no people to open the machine and fix it. Finally the repair person showed up. Next question how many repair people does it take to open the machine. You guessed 2. Next question where do all the old slot machines go before they die ? You guessed it here. Lastly the slots are not loose at all and I would never recommend this casino to anyone
