  • Believe the hype. Believe the reviews. 100% TRUE. We went today for a vivid color ombre for my daughter. Our appointment was with Frankie. From start to finish the whole experience was fabulous. My daughter is 13, and she said she felt totally pampered. All Frankie had to go on was a verbal description from my daughter and she literally produced EXACTLY what she was wanting. It's not the easiest thing to please a 13 year old girl, much less THRILL her, but Frankie did it. Gracie is super excited, and just loves the end result. We also used our 20% off Yelp Check-In coupon to buy the sulphate free Enjoy Shampoo and Conditioner to preserve her new colors. It was a wonderful morning, and we will absolutely book with Frankie again!!
