Over 2.5 hours late! They called and said they'd be there in an hour. As I work an hour away, I hurried home. After waiting another 45 minutes in my 95 degree house, I called and the person who answered stated that they ran out of freon at the previous call and had to go to the store to get more. I'm sorry but you should have had plenty on the truck to get you through to noon. She said he'd be there in a half hour at most. After another HOUR AND HALF more he finally showed up. And was so completely LAZY that he didn't even bother to look at everything. He actually told me that he didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem and was just going to add freon. And when I insisted that he look at all the possibilities, he said that if he was correct in his half ass diagnosis I'd know in a few days. Sure enough less than a week later, the air was out again. And when I called the company to get it fixed and to tell them that their tech was not up to par, the lady was completely rude. Then they said they wouldn't be able to get the part and get me on the schedule for at least 5 days, I about lost it. Miraculously when I asked the home warranty company to cash me out instead, they magically got me in 3 days earlier. Sadly, I've discovered that my previous experience was due to a great tech only.
