  • Arrived last night, self check in. Stopped at desk for water. Great service. Showered this morning to find the tub was not cleaned. Left over soap from last guest. Hair on the tub. Very bad. I expected much more from a Double Tree. Which was why I chose to stay here during my visits in town. The rest of my room "appeared" to be clean. 2 stars for desk service.
