  • some nasty ass bitch named nicole ripped my friends and i from our seats, made a scene, and harassed my friends and i! never coming here again... the manager was a complete jerk and almost refused to give us a refund. in the mean time nicole was talking about us! i mind you, right in front of us... the rudest service i have ever received. do not come to amc at desert ridge! i personally i suggest harkins movie theater because after this incident i feel personally violated and hurt.
