  • The store is always a mess, there is never anyone in the departments (paint, electronics, photo, ect.) Customer service is a complete joke. We had to do a price check on a game but since there was no one in the department we checked out at the front. The game rang up at a different price then where it was hanging. The cashier supervisor couldn't find it back there so she refused to honor the price. Needless to say we refused to purchase the game. They need better management, better organization and customer service.
